Why a course - an online course at that – about learning to manage stress differently? What is the point? What do you stand to gain in your life? your health? your relationships? your work?
We’re serious. Pause to consider these question. Give them the gift of your time. Go away from the screen. Take out your journal – yes, right now. Set the timer for, say, 10 minutes. Write whatever comes to mind on the topic.
