Increasingly, I find myself in conversations with friends, family, and clients about the role of social media in their lives. Without fail, at some point in the conversation, these words are spoken: "Sometimes I think about just cutting it out completely."
Our current social reality seems to dictate that we are all going to be in a relationship with social media in one way or another - either by the way we choose to use it or by the fact that we do not use it at all. Both choices have real consequences for our lives.
Enter Facebook Fasting.
The purpose of Facebook Fasting is simple: To learn something about ourselves and our relationship to social media by refraining from using it for 30 days.
