The Moment We've All Been Waiting For: Mindfulness in Everyday Life
In this workshop, participants are introduced to the body of scientific research that suggest a variety of physical, cognitive and emotional benefits of mindfulness, as well as benefits to our interpersonal relationships. Participants are also introduced to several mindfulness practices that can be integrated into daily living - at home and at work - support a greater sense of fulfillment, freedom and connection.
Length: 3 hours
